Further Information

Hefma (West Midlands) provide Safety Rules for Trades Staff and Health and Safety Procedures for Estates Managers on an annual basis.  These two documents assist Estates Professionals in complying with up-to-date health and safety legislation relating to their workforce and allow subscribers to download the contents and adapt them for local needs.

The Safety Rules and Safety Procedures are available through subscription at an additional cost.  Both documents are web-based with access via a password given to subscribers. These products are continually up-dated throughout the subscription year detailing changes in Regulations and Codes of Practice as they happen.
