• The implications of new requirements regarding the fitting of face masks
• The implications to Maintenance Staff regarding changes to the CDM Regulations
• Implications of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
• Changes to the 2007 edition of the Hefma Safety Rules and Policies including new training packs and a new section on Food Hygiene issues for Estates Staff

Further Information

Hefma (West Midlands) provide Safety Rules for Trades Staff and Health and Safety Procedures for Estates Managers on an annual basis.  These two documents assist Estates Professionals in complying with up-to-date health and safety legislation relating to their workforce and allow subscribers to download the contents and adapt them for local needs.

The Safety Rules and Safety Procedures are available through subscription at an additional cost.  Both documents are web-based with access via a password given to subscribers. These products are continually up-dated throughout the subscription year detailing changes in Regulations and Codes of Practice as they happen.
